Burdur SPP and Walnut Nursery
SPP Solar Power Plant in English; is a solar power plant. As Miroğlu, we aimed to produce energy without harming the environment and without destroying natural resources, knowing the value of energy. We established a Solar Power Plant with a system that converts the endless energy from the sun into electrical energy with the installation of photovoltaic modules and other components.
GES's in addition to the advantage of easy installation, it is a form of energy production that offers ease of use with its long-lasting, environmental friendly and low operating cost advantages.
The energy obtained from the sun also has the characteristics of sustainable energy. Analyzes show that investment in solar energy is more profitable than agriculture. Turkey's favorable climatic conditions and the price advantage of solar power plants compared to other energy investments increase the interest in solar energy investments day by day.
As a result of the researches and analyzes we made, we implemented the Miroğlu Burdur GES in 2015. Our power plant was established on a total area of 45.750 m2. It collects 2000 KWE with 2226 KWP Panel Power.
We produce an annual average of 3,800,000 KW/H with the number of 8400 panels of 256 WP Polycrystalline.

Since our establishment, we have provided high benefits to the environment. While preventing the greenhouse gases emitted by 1,979 passenger cars for more than 1 year, we produced the energy that powered 51,628 computers for 1 year.
We have 5000 walnut trees in an area of 250,000 m2 in the immediate vicinity of our Solar Power Plant. Walnut, which is consumed alone as a nut, is an indispensable part of Turkish Cuisine. Walnuts, which are used in desserts, cookies and cakes, are indispensable in some savory dishes.
By obtaining 200 tons of walnuts annually from our lands, we both contribute to the country's economy and offer employment opportunities in this field.
